I have been using MI paste for a long time. It helps remineralize my teeth. I even think it helps with fractures in my teeth from grinding. I have recommended it to others. I like this because it has no fluoride.

Worth it when bleaching your teeth. I use this a week before bleaching and it eases the sensitivity when bleaching, well worth it.

Been using this consistently for 6 months by placing paste in my Invisalign containers and x-rays revealed that I was successfully starting to reverse 3 early stage cavities.
